REVIEW: Disneyland Dropped 4 New Snacks, and They Might Be The Prettiest We’ve Ever Seen

A new month means new treats all over the Disney parks, and YES, we get excited about that each and every time.

Time for new treats!

We headed over to Disneyland Resort as soon as we heard there were FOUR new treats for us to try, spanning both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. While we love the look of all four of them (gorgeous and FUN are great words for them all), we’ve got to admit that there was one of them that let us down in the taste department.

Over in DCA, we headed over to Trolley Treats for not one, but TWO new snacks, starting with the S’mores Marshmallow Wand for $8.29. Are these anything super special? Not really, it’s marshmallows on a stick and covered in chocolate, but we did love that this one had caramel and graham cracker as well, which really helped to bring that s’mores flavor forward. We do wish there was a bit more of the graham cracker to better balance out the s’mores flavor, but that was a minor complaint for a delicious treat.

S’mores Marshmallow Wand

You can also snag the Clarabelle Caramel Apple here for $16.49. This is a traditional caramel apple to its core — a Granny Smith Apple dipped in Caramel and Colored Chocolatey Coating, but with some extra goodies on top. Clarabelle’s nose is made from Nutter Butter, her horns are sour gummies, and she has additional marshmallow and chocolate decorations, too! If you love caramel apples, this is a must-grab, especially if you’re able to show Clarabelle for a fun photo op, like we did!

Clarabelle Caramel Apple

We also headed over to Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff for the Refresher Flight for $10.29! This is where you can get four small drinks in one, which are great for hot days. Our favorite was the mango with popping mango pearls, which was super refreshing. The mango flavor was the same all around, so you’ve gotta really love mango for this one.

Refresher Flight

Our second favorite was the Cherry with Nerds, because it literally tasted like we were eating a Nerds rope. Third for us was the Blue Raspberry Pomegranate, because it was quite an interesting flavor combination. We loved the popping pomegranate tang flavor with the super sweet blue raspberry flavor, as they went super well together. Finally, the Apple Blueberry was another fun combo, because it tasted like we were drinking a frozen apple juice, and the blueberry was a fun additional fruit flavor. These are all VERY sweet, so prepare yourself for that, but we’re big fans!

Consider us big fans!

Then, over in Disneyland, we stopped by Jolly Holiday for the Rainbow Linzer Cookie for $7.49. While this treat was absolutely stunning, unfortunately, the taste wasn’t a winner. The shortbread had a pretty typical flavor, and we appreciated the size of them for the price, but the jam in the middle tasted very artificial. It wasn’t our favorite, but if you’re a fan of shortbread and don’t mind a more artificial jam, then you may love it!

Disney CONFIRMS Snacks for Halloween 2026

3 June 2026 at 12:10

Halloween at Disneyland is coming soon! This season comes with rare characters, spooky parades, and free candy – but here at Disney Food Blog, we can’t forget about all of the food!

Haunted Heatwave Pizza

Disney just confirmed some of the Halloween menus are coming back for 2026, and we just got a sneak peek!

Click for your FREE Disneyland Snack Map

The Heatwave Pizza from Alien Pizza Planet is returning this year! This is a pizza with spiced blush sauce topped with mozzarella and pepper jack, Italian sausage, classic and crispy cupped pepperoni, smoked bratwurst, and sliced red Fresno chiles, garnished with basil and hot honey drizzle.

Haunted Heatwave Pizza

This is basically a meat-lover’s pizza with a bit of sweet heat from the hot honey, but it wasn’t as hot as we were expecting. Without paying attention, it’s kind of hard to make out what’s what, as everything just kinda tastes like a spicy sausage or pepperoni from the hot honey and chili flakes. We did enjoy it overall, but just know it won’t knock your socks off!

Haunted Heatwave Pizza

Also returning this year is the Oogie Boogie Lemonade from Smokejumpers Grill. This non-alcoholic drink is made with Green Apple Minute-Maid Lemonade, cherry-flavored popping spheres, and raspberry sauce.

Plus, the Slow Burnin’ Mac & Cheese Cone is coming back to Disney California Adventure at the Cozy Cone Motel 3 – Chili Cone Queso. This is fresh-cooked pasta tossed with a spicy red pepper cheese sauce in a bread cone topped with crushed chile-cheese puffs!

Slow-Burning Mac and Cheese

We think this cauldron is pumpernickel bread, which explains the dark colored dough. But pumpernickel isn’t our jam, so this wasn’t a win for us. Inside this cauldron is macaroni in a spicy red pepper cheese sauce. It’s definitely got a fiery hue. It is, indeed, spicy, which is great if you love heat! The bright red topping is crushed red chile-cheese puffs (which are basically Flamin’ Hot Cheetos!). They add a little textural interest, but there’s just not much of it on there. Gimme more, please! Overall, the Slow Burnin’ Mac and Cheese Cone was just okay, which is a bummer because it had so much potential!

Slow-Burnin’ Mac and Cheese

And for dessert, the Caramel Apple Cheesecake is also coming back to the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. This is a caramel cheesecake with caramelized apple filling finished with caramel drip, orange and white chocolate mousse, chocolate flakes, and a chocolate bat.

And, over at Paradise Garden Grill, you can grab the Chilaquiles Carnitas Torta with red chilaquiles, refried beans, avocado spread, queso fresco, pickled red onions, and a fried egg served with chips.

We’re so excited to eat all of the treats we haven’t tried yet at Oogie Boogie Bash. Stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more Disney food news!

REVIEW: 6 NEW Disney Snacks Just Dropped…And We Have Thoughts

23 May 2026 at 11:25

It’s no secret that when it comes to food, we’ll probably choose Disneyland over Disney World, especially when it comes to snacks. One word: churros. Need we say more?

Apple Pie Churro

Now, Disneyland is ALWAYS dropping some kind of new food and drinks in the parks, so we’re always getting to try new things. Well, Disneyland just dropped some MORE new foods and drinks, and you KNOW we were there to try them. So let’s see what we thought!

First, we headed to Royal Street Veranda in Disneyland Park to grab the New Orleans Mint Julep Float for $9.79. Now, we’re already big fans of the standard Mint Julep, but this one is topped with Mango Sorbet. Now, that means you’re getting a drink that has a lot of fresh mango flavor. The mint is more of an aftertaste, but it still adds a light and refreshing element. It’s even better once it melts a little, and you can just combine everything. Honestly, if we had to choose between this and a regular mint julep, we’d choose this!

New Orleans Mint Julep Float

You can also pick up the Cajun Caesar Chicken Po’Boy for $12.99 here. It’s made with Kale-Romaine Mix tossed with House-made Caesar Dressing, Cajun Chicken, and Croutons on a French Roll. Even if you don’t like Caesar dressing, this has some Cajun spices in it that make it super tasty. This sandwich has a lot of well-cooked chicken on it, so you’re getting your protein. We also loved the crunch the croutons added…we wanted more!

Cajun Caesar Chicken Po’Boy

The bread has a nice crunchy exterior with a chewy interior and didn’t get soggy, even after sitting for a little while. It’s a great sandwich to grab on a hot summer day, and it comes wrapped so you can take it and munch on it while standing in line for a ride. It’s easy to eat on the go. It’s also filling, and maybe even shareable.

How is this so good?

After all that, we moseyed over to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to try some new offerings in honor of the release of The Mandalorian and Grogu at Docking Bay 7. We started with the Bounty Bun with Spiced Beef and Pork with Tomato Chutney, Golden Aïoli, and Sautéed Blue Onions for $15.99. We were really surprised by all the flavors we tasted when we bit into it!

Bounty Bun

The meat is cooked well and has some really nice spices. We got both savory and sweet, and just a tiny bit of heat. The flavors melded so well together that we really couldn’t separate them, which is a good thing. It’s also so unique and has that fun galaxy-inspired look.

It looks fun, too!

We also tried the Adelphi Cheesy Noodles with Fried Chicken Tip-Yip with Pancetta, Toasted Herb Breadcrumbs, and Sweet and Spicy Chili Sauce for $18.99. Um…you had us at “noodles” and “cheese.” It’s similar to the regular Chicken Tip-Yip you can get here, but this is a larger portion, so you’re getting more bang for your buck. It’s also a heavier meal, with the chicken and the super creamy noodles. The chicken has a lovely breading and seasoning.

Adelphi Cheesy Noodles with Fried Chicken Tip-Yip

The sweet and spicy chili sauce comes separately, so you can choose to add it or not, and if you do, it does have a kick. It also adds a lovely extra flavor to everything, though. But this dish doesn’t really need it. It’s a hearty meal, and we’d say this one is worth the price.

Cheesy Noodles

Now, it’s time to head on over to Disney California Adventure to visit Willie’s Churros, which is pretty much the first churro cart you’ll see when you enter the park. There, you can get the Apple Pie Churro for $7.50. It’s a churro rolled in graham cracker sugar and topped with apple pie filling, whipped topping, and caramel drizzle. This is summer and the 4th of July as a dessert. The tart apples with the apple pie filling and sweet cinnamon churro really make it taste like apple pie in churro form. The only thing that didn’t work for us was the whipped cream because it just didn’t add much to the dessert. With that being said, though, who needs a pie crust when you can have a churro instead?

Apple pie meets churro

Speaking of Americana vibes, we ran over to Smokejumpers Grill to grab the Red, White, and Blue Punch for $7.79. It’s made with Sprite and White Cranberry Juice with Blue Raspberry & Cherry Syrups, and topped with Cold Foam. You know those frozen firecracker popsicles? This tastes just like that, except in liquid form. In fact, it surprised us, considering the ingredients, that it tasted just like that! The cold foam adds a nice creamy touch. The strongest flavor is the blue raspberry, so if you love that flavor, you’ll love this. The Sprite adds a nice carbonation. It’s festive, fun, and refreshing.

Red, White and Blue Punch

Whew…that’s a lot of food and drinks, but that’s what we do. We’ll be back with even MORE food and drink reviews, so stay tuned to DFB for more.

REVIEW: This Disney Hotel Has a Hot Dog of the Month, and Yes, It’s the Highlight of Our Visit

10 May 2026 at 15:20

Don’t you love it when Disney restaurants have specialty items every month!

Disney’s Grand Californian

There’s a dining spot at Disney’s Grand Californian Resort and Spa at the Disneyland Resort that we love to check out every month. Why? Well, the restaurant has something called “Hot Dog of the Month“, and we needed to check out what May has in store!

We recently went to the Craftsman Grill at Disney’s Grand Californian to check out what May’s “Hot Dog of the Month” was, and it looked delicious!

Craftsman Grill

The hot dog is called the Quesa-Birria Dog, and you can grab it during the month of May for $17.00. It’s an all-beef hot dog, with slow-braised beef Birria, Chipotle aioli, cilantro, onion, cotija cheese, Fresno peppers, served on a cheese-crusted brioche bun. It also comes with a side of ancho Chili consume.

Hot Dog of the Month

We’re just going to say it…this might be the BEST hot dog Craftsman Grill has ever put out! The flavors are absolutely incredible. The consume is perfection and has just the right amount of heat. If you are sensitive to spice, beware, because it is a bit on the spicier side.

Quesa-Birria Dog

The hot dog is a hot link, so that also gives a bit of heat, and the Birria is cooked beautifully. There is a delicious aioli on top that offers a tang that is a perfect addition. The portion for the price is great, and we highly recommend it! It’s a perfect 5/5, but beware, the jalapeños are not mild.

This was amazing!

A New Mickey Waffle Just Arrived in Town, And We’ll Never Be The Same Again

1 May 2026 at 13:33

Disneyland is the CAPITAL of tasty snacks, and even better, Disneyland adds new snacks ALL the time. Seriously, you could just skip all meals and snack your way around the parks and Downtown Disney and stay full (and, well, we’ve done it!).

New snacks alert!

We always get excited when new snacks drop, and now that eight NEW items are available on Disneyland menus, we raced to the parks to try them out. So let’s see what we thought!

First, we have to start with one of our favorite things: Mickey waffles! Now there’s a NEW Mickey- Shaped Celebration Waffles at Schmoozies for $10.99. These are 70th Anniversary Celebration waffles with Strawberry Filling and topped with Sprinkles and Powdered Sugar. Okay, the strawberry filling is tart, light, and refreshing, plus you get a nice light strawberry flavor from the whipped cream.

Mickey-shaped Celebration Waffles

We also love that the strawberry flavors don’t taste artificial. The waffles are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just like we like them! We’ll be grabbing this treat AGAIN AND AGAIN.

The perfect Mickey waffle

Then we made our way over to Avengers Campus to try a new snack at Pym Test Kitchen. Okay, so you know we love a grilled cheese, so we were excited about the Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Cheese, made with Pepper & Onion Grilled Cheesesteak, topped with Cheese Sauce and Crunchy Manipulated Particles, served with Potato Bites for $16.79. Now, a word of warning: the bread tends to get hard fast, so eat it quickly. But the cheese is gooey, and the overall flavor is cheesy (our favorite thing).

Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Cheese

The meat is well seasoned, while the Hot Cheeto puffs and onion ring chips add some unique crunch and pops of flavor. We love just how different this grilled cheese is. It’s a great example of Disney thinking outside the box.

It’s so unique!

Then we were on our way to Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta to try the Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake for $6.99. It’s a Cinnamon Cheesecake with Cream Cheese Frosting. So if you love cinnamon rolls, this tastes like a cinnamon roll, but in cheesecake form. It has the perfect amount of cinnamon flavor, and combined with the creamy cheesecake, it’s HEAVENLY.

Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

We also loved that it wasn’t overly sweet, even with the cream cheese frosting, which we could’ve eaten by itself with a spoon.

Look at that fluffy cheesecake

Okay, that left us with one more stop, Lamplight Lounge. We ordered a new drink, The Lamplight Old Fashioned, made with Bourbon, Citrus, Spice, and Floral Spanish Liqueur, Maraschino Liqueur, Bitters, Luxardo Juice, and a Luxardo Cherry for $19.50. This is one of the best cocktails we’ve had here. The Maraschino liqueur adds such a nice cherry flavor, and combined with the Luxardo juice, there’s a lovely sweetness. It’s still a classic old fashioned, but with a nice twist.

The Lamplight Old Fashioned

We also grabbed the new Lemon Blueberry Cobbler Donuts for $11. These donuts are dipped in Cream Cheese Frosting and topped with Lemon-Blueberry Compote and Streusel. You get five mini donuts, which makes this snack great for sharing.

Lemon Blueberry Cobbler Donuts

These taste so fresh with a nice blueberry compote. The streusel gives it that cobbler kind of crunch. Our only complaint is that the lemon flavor is very subtle, but you do get a little tang from it.

SO good

Then it was time to park hop over to Disneyland to visit Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, where we picked up the Apple-Berry Hand Tart for $7.99It’s Apple-Berry Filling in a Buttery Pastry, topped with Frosting. This is like a plussed-up Pop-Tart, and we mean that in the best way possible. It tastes homemade, though, with some nice apple and berry flavors that come from the filling.

Apple-Berry Hand Tart

This baby also has a lovely, flaky crust, although it was a teensy bit dry, but still, very Pop-Tart-like. We also liked that this wasn’t super tart. In fact, the flavor leans more towards sweet.

Like a homemade Pop-Tart

We also grabbed the Key Lime-Blueberry Tart for $7.99, which is Key Lime and Blueberry Filling in a Graham Cracker Crust, topped with Chantilly Cream. Now this tart was, well, TART. SO tart. The key lime flavor is the strongest here, but when you get a bite combined with the blueberry, it’s the most refreshing combination EVER. The flavor of the Chantilly Cream is subtle, so it just adds a nice creaminess.

Key Lime Blueberry Tart

However, this is a great snack for a hot day, but you’re really going to have to love key lime flavors. The crust is nice and flaky, and maybe, just maybe, we’d order it again.

Wonderful flavor combo

Finally, we ordered the Orange Cream Cheesecake for $7.99, which is an Orange Cheesecake topped with Vanilla Chantilly and Orange Crunch. Remember those orange push pops you used to love as a kid? Well, if those were a cheesecake, they would be this because that’s EXACTLY what it tastes like. It’s so refreshing, with a great tangy and orange flavor.

Orange Cream Cheesecake

The cheesecake is so light and airy, as is the cream on top. The orange crunch adds a nice texture. The crust is light and thin, which just complements the snack as a whole.

PERFECTION

So, basically, Disneyland just dropped five stellar snacks that we can highly recommend if you’re visiting Disney California Adventure soon. We’ll keep looking out for new Disney snacks, too, so stay tuned to DFB for more.

Is April really the time to be talking about Halloween? Well, we’re the Disney Food Blog, so of course it is!

Mickey pumpkin in Disneyland

It’s been a big day for Halloween news for Disney! The dates got revealed for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Disney World, and Disney shared tons of spooky merch coming to both Disney Resorts. Now that the Disney Halloween news is pouring out, we should be seeing more about Halloween Time at Disneyland, starting with some eats and treats that are returning in 2026!

We’re called the Disney Food Blog, so you know how much we love Disney food. You can imagine how excited we got when we saw that Disney took to Instagram to tease four fan-favorite snacks that are coming back to Disneyland Resort this Halloween season!

Disneyland

The Spicy Mac & Cheese Cone is coming back to Disney California Adventure at the Cozy Cone Motel 3 – Chili Cone Queso. We’re sure you’ve never wondered what it would be like to replace ice cream in an ice cream cone with mac & cheese, but maybe it’s time to explore it.

The Green Apple Lemonade is coming back to Smokejumpers Grill. Smokejumpers Grill is a quick-service spot in Disney California Adventure right next to Soarin’. Maybe you can try out this spooky treat right after trying the new retheme, Soarin’ Over America.

@disneyeats via Instagram

Then there’s the Caramel Apple Cheesecake, which will be available at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. The bakery on Disneyland’s Main Street, U.S.A., is going to be popping once this scary good treat comes back to the park.

@disneyeats via Instagram

Last but not least, it wouldn’t be a Halloween party without a pizza! That’s why Disney is bringing back the Spicy Meat Pizza at Alien Pizza Planet. We’ll be spending a SCARY amount of time in Tomorrowland because that looks too delicious.

I Made the Mistake of Asking My Coworkers for Disneyland Tips

26 April 2026 at 14:19

The DFB team loves ALL Disney Parks, and we’ve had the opportunity to visit Disney’s parks around the world. Of course, our “home” Disney resort is Disney World, which is why we’re talking about it all the time.

Disneyland

However, believe it or not, we’ve got some huge Disneyland fans on our team, too. When one of our own decided to ask for recommendations for what to do in Disneyland, our passionate Disneyland-loving team members went ALL out to talk about their favorite things to see, do, and eat in Disneyland. Now, we’re going to share those tips with you. Warning: we LOVE almost everything about Disneyland, so this list could get long…

The questions posed to our team involved the one ride one must do in Disneyland, the one snack that must be eaten, and the one parade or evening spectacular that is a must-see. One…give us a moment to stop laughing. JUST ONE? IMPOSSIBLE. When you love Disneyland as much as we do, we’re going to have to list out EVERYTHING we love about Walt’s OG park.

Rides

Disney California Adventure

In Disney California Adventure, one of our must-dos is Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout. Sure, this used to be Tower of Terror, but it feels NOTHING like that now, and is one of those high-energy rides that leaves your adrenaline pumping, while you’re singing along to a great soundtrack. It’s funny how we had so many reservations about when the Tower of Terror closed to make this ride, but now we can’t imagine it any other way.

Mission Breakout!

But wait…someone else on our team prefers Radiator Springs Racers in Cars Land. Now, this is a FUN ride with a lot of fantastic theming and some roller coaster thrills for pretty much folks of all ages, so we get why it’s so popular. Pro tip: rope drop it, and you’ll end up with a shorter line. Otherwise, consider getting in the single rider line.

Radiator Springs Racers

But wait, we’ve got another contender for the one must-do ride in California Adventure. That’s Incredicoaster, which is themed to The Incredibles. It’s a fun roller coaster that’s a lot like Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster in Disney World, but it’s all outdoors, so you actually know when you’re going through the loop. It’s exciting! This one also has a single rider line that you might want to take advantage of.

Incredicoaster

Funny…no one mentioned the Pixar Pal-A-Round swinging gondolas, formerly known as the Mickey Wheel of Death. There’s a reason we choose to stay FAR away from that ride, and if you ever visit Disneyland and hear the screams coming from those gondolas, you’ll know why…

Disneyland

Obviously, Disneyland Park is pretty much the favorite, so we have a lot of opinions about the must-do rides. However, the focus is mostly on rides that are different from those in Disney World, and that includes Pirates of the Caribbean, which is longer, more interesting, and just way better in Disneyland.

Pirates of the Caribbean

Space Mountain also got a few mentions because it’s completely different in Disneyland. The ride vehicles are different (and way more comfortable), the track is different, and more. Now, a warning: when I first visited Disneyland, I did not know Space Mountain was different and rode it and discovered it sort of goes in a corkscrew, which is something that generally does not sit well with people who suffer from motion sickness. Lesson learned.

Disneyland’s Space Mountain

Indiana Jones Adventure is another ride that got a mention because Disney World doesn’t have anything like it…yet. Yes, it’s the same ride track as Dinosaur had, and it will probably be the same ride track that the new Disney World Indiana Jones ride will have, but for now, the Disneyland ride is still unique. Plus, Disney promised the ride in Disney World will have a different story.

Indiana Jones Adventure

Finally, someone else mentioned the Alice in Wonderland ride in Disneyland. Disney World has NOTHING like it, so it’s a must. Don’t worry…the line often looks long, but it moves fairly quickly.

Food

You want some passionate discussion? You ask any DFB team member about food. Obviously, it’s why we’re here! When it comes to Disneyland food, we LOVE a lot of it, starting with churros. Forget any churro you may have had from a Disney World cart…those aren’t good churros. The churros in Disneyland are next level to the point you may be having churros for breakfast every morning of your Disneyland trip (yep, I’m guilty). They also come in a variety of flavors with a variety of dips.

Disney100 Churro

The cookies at Harbour Galley are also popular enough for us to mention them (and truth be told, we LOVE THEM). Then there’s that Cheddar Cheese Stick at Corn Dog Castle (it’s fried cheese on a stick — how can we not love it?). We’re also obsessed with the Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread at Edelweiss Snacks. Mickey beignets are also a must, along with corn dogs from Little Red Wagon.

Hnad-dipped corn dog

Basically, we’re obsessed with almost ALL the food in Disneyland. When it comes to food, we think Disneyland may beat out Disney World for tne best snacks.

Entertainment

Well, it seems we just love ALL of Disney’s parades and nighttime shows, starting with the Paint The Night parade, which should stick around at least through the rest of Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary Celebration. After that, we’re hoping that the Magic Happens parade returns (which is the best Disney parade ANYWHERE), but we’re not holding our breaths.

Paint the Night Parade

World of Color — One over in California Adventure also got some mentions, with one of our team members referring to it as “life-changing.” It is a fantastic nighttime spectacular, so if you have time to catch it, you SHOULD.

Although we spend a lot of time in Disney World, we’re also very passionate about Disneyland, but honestly, anything you do there is sure to make you happy. It is, after all, “The Happiest Place on Earth.”‘

We’ll keep sharing our best Disney Parks tips with you, so stay tuned to DFB for more.

Hold Up. You Can Get ALL This Disney Food for Under $20?!

24 April 2026 at 12:37

So it’s no secret that we love the food in Disneyland, although it can be a little pricey (and granted, we’ll always pay $$$ for our favorite snacks, sorry not sorry).

Magic Key Sampler Box

From DOLE Whip to Mickey beignets to churros, we’re always eating our way around Disneyland. Well, we just recently discovered a sampler box of Disney snacks that we HAD to try, and when we got it…let’s just say we were VERY surprised. So let’s talk about it!

There’s just one thing we have to tell you: this food sampler box is only available to Magic Key Holders at Stage Door Cafe. It’s the Magic Key Samper Box, and it comes with two servings of tenders MASSIVELY smothered in your choice of sauce (and sauce choices are hot honey and mango habanero — we got both!) and fries for $17.99. First, this is a MASSIVE amount of food, which means it’s shareable. That means this could be the best value meal you’ll find in the park.

It’s a lot of food!

Our biggest complaint is that the sauce leaks onto the fries and makes them soggy, but that’s a minor issue. But let’s talk about taste. The mini corn dogs are perfectly juicy and salty, all in a bite-sized form. Honestly, we could eat hundreds of these in one sitting. The fries are regular Disney fries, which we, honestly, love.

Those mini corn dogs are EVERYTHING

The hot honey strips are DELICIOUS, and just hot enough that they don’t hit SUPER hard. They’re sweet and spicy, and although you can taste the honey, we appreciate that you can also really taste the spiciness, too. It’s a good balance of both flavors. The mango habanero strips have that sweet mango flavor, but then the habanero comes in, and we’ll warn you that this sauce is a lot spicier than the hot honey. It will fill your whole mouth and make your lips burn, so if you’re spice-averse, you’ve been warned. It’s nice and tangy, too. But honestly, both sauces are STELLAR.

Chicken Tenders soaked in sauce

Overall, this is a box stuffed with enough food to feed two people, and at just $18, it’s an incredible deal. If you’re looking for a quick meal for you and a friend in Disneyland, this could be it.

We’ll keep an eye out for more new food in Disneyland, so stay tuned to DFB for more.

This Celebrity’s Favorite Disney Snacks SURPRISED Us!

7 April 2026 at 15:59

Celebrities may be big names, but they love enjoying that Disney magic just as much as anyone else. We’ve often seen celebrities taking trips to Disneyland and Disney World just to enjoy a little vacation from time to time.

Disney California Adventure

Recently, one of our favorite celebrities not only visited the Disneyland Resort, but he also partnered up with Disney to share his favorite three snacks. We know you’re curious as to who it was and what he said, so let’s take a look!

Planning guide for the ultimate Disney vacation

Have you ever seen Jeopardy? Well, Ken Jennings, the host of Jeopardy since 2021, was recently at Disney California Adventure and shared his top three favorite snacks around Disneyland Resort. We will admit, we weren’t expecting his answer to be what it was. And, no, there was no Mickey ice cream or churro!

©ABC

Sitting at his number three spot, he had the Bao Buns from Tropical Hideaway. Oh, we loved this answer! We immediately knew he wasn’t going with your typical top three after he said this one.

Char Siu Bao

At number two, Ken Jennings had the Monte Cristo at Cafe Orleans. This one was very unexpected, but we LOVED this pick. The Monte Cristo is extremely underrated, and you all need to try it if you haven’t. Cafe Orleans as a whole is one of our favorite spots at Disneyland.

Sweet AND savory!

However, at his number one spot, he did have to go with a classic. His all-time favorite Disneyland snack is the Chocolate Covered Frozen Banana. Ah, you can never go wrong with this sweet treat! You’ll find these all around the park at different snack carts.

If you want to check out the full video on Instagram, take a look at it below!

Celebrity or not, we always love hearing about everyone’s favorite Disney snacks. We have ours, but then again, there are so many good things to eat, it probably changes from time to time. We’ll be on the lookout for any celebrity buzz, so make sure to follow us at the Disney Food Blog so you don’t miss out!

13 Exclusive Disney Snacks Coming SOON

25 March 2026 at 09:23

And you’re watching Disney Channel!

©Disney

If that doesn’t bring back memories, you must not have grown up as a Disney Channel kid. Disney Channel raised some of us and turned us into the very Disney Adults you see today. Disneyland is hosting Disney Channel Nite, where you get to celebrate Disney Channel and all the throwbacks throughout Disneyland, and they just dropped a new look at the eats, and y’all, if you weren’t planning on getting tickets before, you definitely should be now!

Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite will be happening on April 12th, 14th, and 16th and takes place from 9 PM to 1 AM after Disneyland closes to day guests. You can enter the park as early as 6 PM for a few more hours of park time, and during the party, you’ll be able to enjoy specialty entertainment like the Camp Rock Sing-Along, DescenDance, and meet plenty of characters from shows like Kim Possible and Proud Family.

Disney Channel fans, this is for YOU!

Now onto the specialty food! You’ll only be able to get these treats during the party, so you’ll want to plan your trip accordingly. First up, you can grab the Ice Cream Taco at Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor and the Mushroom Philly Toasted, which is plant-based and available at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. They’re both new this year!

©Disney

You’ll totally need to grab the PowerLime drink at Cafe Daisy.

©Disney

Two more new treats include the Tsunami Sandwich at Refreshment Corner (oh, we LOVE a Jonny Tsunami reference) and the Mixed Berry Cheesecake Hand Tart from Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, which lets you have your own wand to make the Disney Channel Mickey!

©Disney

You can also grab the new Spicy Cheese Corn Dog Bites from the Little Red Wagon.

©Disney

Another new treat is the Campfire S’mores Funnel Cake at Stage Door Cafe and the Golden Horseshow, and the Loaded Dino Nuggies are available at the Golden Horseshow, Stage Door Cafe, and Red Rose Taverne.

©Disney

We’re totally obsessed with this Peanut Trapped!! (hehe, get it?) from Red Rose Taverne, which is also new.

©Disney

Say hello to the new Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie Sandwich, which you can find at Harbour Galley, and the returning Hibiscus Limeade, which can be found at Little Red Wagon, Galactic Grill, and Red Rose Taverne.

©Disney

There are SO many new snacks! This is the Peanut Chicken Crunchwich from Galactic Grill.

©Disney

The Campfire Donuts Skewer is returning to Cafe Daisy, and a brand-new Agent P Churro is debuting! You can find it near Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and Sleeping Beauty Castle (a platypus? PERRY the platypus??).

This food looks SO good with so many references to our favorite shows and Disney Channel Original Movies. Make sure you keep following Disney Food Blog for more!

13 March 2026 at 15:11

It’s time! The 2026 Food & Wine Festival has officially begun at Disney California Adventure!

Full Spread from LA Style!

This festival has so many amazing food and drink options! Here’s our top picks!

Click for your FREE Disneyland Snack Map

DCA’s Food & Wine Festival runs from March 6th to April 27th, 2026. There are so many great food and drinks coming to DCA during the festival. You have plenty of time to grab these amazing items!

Best Eats

Our favorite food items, in no particular order!

Carbonara Pizetta from LA Style

This small flatbread is made with white sauce, Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon, and a black pepper drizzle for $8.

Carbonara Pizzetta

We loved that most of the flavor is garlic and parmesan! The bacon wasn’t a super strong flavor, but we liked how the dough wasn’t too thick and didn’t overpower the toppings. The whole pizza was well-balanced and a hit in our books.

Pork Chile Verde Chalupas from Paradise Garden Grill

This is two chalupas filled with pork in salsa verde, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco served with Spanish rice and refried beans topped with queso fresco for $14.99.

Pork Chile Verde Chalupas

This totally blew us away! The taco shell was a perfect combination of soft and chewy, and the pork was seasoned so well that the flavors exploded in your mouth. The pork had a bit of a kick, but it was balanced by the lettuce, tomato, and lime.

Aguachile Loaded Chips from Paradise Garden Grill

For $13.49, you can grab these zesty chips topped with lime-cooked shrimp, fresh cucumbers, and red onion with aguachile salsa.

Aguachile Loaded Chips

Another hit from Parade Garden Grill! We felt like every chip was perfectly seasoned, and the agua chili salsa had layers of flavor. The chili powder provided a kick, and there’s some in the salsa verde as well, but nothing too crazy. There were so many flavors, and we loved that it was all cooled down by the onion and cucumber. The shrimp added an extra flavor without being too briny, and you can even sprinkle lime on top. SO good.

Spinach Artichoke Grilled Cheese at Pym Test Kitchen

This grilled cheese is made with spinach and artichoke on parmesan-crusted sourdough, served with potato bites for $14.99.

Spinach and Artichoke Grilled Cheese

The parmesan-crusted bread gave this sandwich incredible crunch without overpowering the flavor. The cheese was perfectly melty and gave us that iconic cheese pull, and the spinach and artichoke flavor really came through. If you love a good spinach artichoke dip, you’ll probably really like this grilled cheese.

Best Drinks

Our favorite drinks of the festival!

Pickle Whisky Sour from Peppers Cali-Ente

This drink is made with bourbon, pickle, and lime juices, and sweet and sour rimmed with Tajin Clasico and Tajin Chile-Lime sauce, and garnished with a pickle spear for $19.25.

Pickle Whiskey Sour Cocktail

We thought this drink was so unique and not something you’d find anywhere else. If you’re someone who could drink pickle juice straight from the jar, you’re going to love this. It had the crispness of a pickle spear, and the Tajin added a nice flavor.

READ OUR FULL REVIEW HERE

California Punch from California Craft Brews

It’s made with mango puree, guava nectar, cucumber syrup, and lemon juice, garnished with a mango-chile lollipop for $9 and is non-alcoholic.

California Punch

This was a fun blend of unique and fresh flavors with an emphasis on the fruit. The garnish was flavorful, and it totally rises above your average mocktail. It’s a solid choice for a non-alcoholic option.
