Inspired by the Carnaby Street era where music, fashion, and food collided in vibrant color, The Carnaby channels the eclectic Brit-pop energy of the swinging ‘60s London, while Gordon Ramsay’s classic British dishes deliver culinary star power.

Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby is a great gathering spot for visitors and locals seeking a lively social atmosphere and elevated pub favorites for lunch and dinner.

Evoking London’s famed Carnaby Street at the height of the ’60s cultural revolution, the space pairs plush interiors with bright, bold British pop art and a curated soundtrack of “British Invasion” hits, transporting patrons to a groovier, more glamorous time.

You can soak in the sights from an expansive outdoor terrace overlooking the district, relax at the gorgeous back patio, tuck into a signature booth, or gather at the bar, all while savoring Gordon Ramsay’s renowned cuisine.

The menu pays homage to classic British fare and celebrates Chef Ramsay’s signature modern approach to elevated comfort cuisine featuring his legendary dishes:

• Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips – Chips, tartar sauce, mushy peas

Another highlight is The Carnaby’s tableside prime rib cart, where hand-carved selections are served with traditional British accompaniments including Yorkshire pudding, roasted vegetables, and au jus.

This fall season, guests visiting Pixar Place Hotel are in for a treat. Hotel visitors can now spot decorative artwork featuring Mike, Sulley, and more beloved monsters from Disney and Pixar’s Monsters, Inc. dressed in their Halloween best. From playful costumes to hidden seasonal details, the hotel’s first-ever Halloween transformation invites guests to celebrate the fall season with their favorite monsters during Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort.

While guests see the finished experience, bringing this vision to life requires months of creativity and collaboration between Walt Disney Imagineering, Pixar, and Resort Enhancement at Disneyland Resort.

Behind the unique Monsters, Inc.-themed fall decor is digital artist Brett Snodgrass, a passionate creative on the Resort Enhancement team who has been bringing stories to life around the resort for over eight years. “I’ve been a designer for a really long time,” shares Brett. “And that moment when I see the piece completed is really exciting to me.”

The inspiration for this year’s decor is the perfect blend of Halloween fun with features from the monster world that fans know and love. When a fellow team member suggested exploring what Halloween would look like for Mike, Sulley, and Boo; Brett’s wheels immediately started spinning on how to bring the story to life for hotel guests.

“I started to think: Monsters, Inc., Halloween, trick-or-treat, and doors,” explains Brett. “You can see all of our monster characters in the artwork having fun, wearing costumes and passing the candy back and forth between our world and theirs.”

The result is a collection of artwork filled with playful storytelling, giving guests new details to discover as they explore the hotel.

For Brett, creating new art centered around beloved Pixar characters comes with a unique responsibility. The designs must feel authentic to the world fans know while adding a distinct Halloween touch.

“There are some brilliant concept artists who’ve worked on the Monsters movies over the years, and I think they’re just beautiful movies,” Brett smiles. “So, I really dug into what the other artists have done. Guests are going to see a lot of shapes and compositions that really reflect some of that early concept artwork,” he continues.

Brett worked closely with Pixar to ensure the characters stayed true to their established designs and personalities. After the artwork got the final seal of approval, the project was handed over to talented printers, graphic technicians, and installers who worked together to transform the creative concepts into the immersive environment guests and cast experience at Pixar Place Hotel.

Over the course of the past decade, Brett has established his own personal tradition to commemorate each new art piece he has contributed to the resort. Immediately following the installation, he walks the location where his art is displayed and takes it all in. And this Halloween decor is no different.

“It’s a really incredible feeling knowing that after two years of development, people are finally going to be able to experience this… this just feels really special,” Brett smiled.

But beyond seeing the artwork itself, one of the most rewarding parts is knowing families, friends, and Disney fans will be interacting with the new decor, searching for their favorite characters, discovering hidden details, and making memories together during the Halloween season.

In Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A., keep your eyes peeled for Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and some of their friends donning their new holiday attire that captures the spirit of holiday travel and a wintery alpine gathering.

Make sure you are on Santa’s nice list this year before visiting him at his new location at Mickey’s Toontown Trolley Barn, near Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin, with your wish list in hand! On the way to see jolly St. Nick, little ones and their families can stop by “Bluey’s Best Day Ever!” in Disneyland to wiggle and dance as Bluey and her sister, Bingo, continue to make appearances at the Fantasyland Theatre.

Don’t miss the “Believe…In Holiday Magic” fireworks spectacular, with Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle, “it’s a small world” Holiday, or the Rivers of America as the backdrop. All three locations, plus parts of Main Street, U.S.A., feature a magical “snowfall.”

Inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, Haunted Mansion Holiday adds a seasonal spin on this beloved attraction for the holidays. Celebrating 25 years of showstopping confectionary creations, the attraction’s annual gingerbread house sits inside the ballroom scene, taking the form of a delightfully monstrous music box.

For even more wonder-filled magic, “it’s a small world” Holiday transforms the classic attraction with festive tunes and whimsical decorations. Plus, the exterior of the attraction makes for the perfect holiday photo backdrop, featuring 400,000 lights illuminating the façade and ornate landscaping with an adorable Santa hat on the clockface.

At California Adventure, “World of Color – Season of Light” returns Nov. 13, 2026, for the holidays. This nighttime spectacular embodies the spirit of the season, featuring classic films like Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Beauty and the Beast and heartwarming favorites including Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out.

Plus, find a plethora of special holiday offerings in California Adventure, from the Holiday Toy Drummers in Paradise Gardens Park to Mickey Mouse and friends in their winter attire on Buena Vista Street.

Well, well, well, what have we here? Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party* has arrived at Disneyland Resort, and we have the official guide to all the fun.

On select nights from August 18 through October 31, 2026, the separately ticketed, after-hours party at Disney California Adventure park conjures Halloween mischief and mayhem for guests of all ages.

On event nights, the party officially begins at 6:00 p.m. and continues until 11:00 p.m. That is five exciting hours to enjoy Halloween experiences you can only find at this after-hours soiree.

Pre-party park mix-in: Oogie Boogie Bash tickets include admission to California Adventure as early as 3:00 p.m. – three hours before the party starts! During this time, check out offerings available during regular park hours.

Photos from the party: Enjoy unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass** photos captured during the party. Scan the QR code on your event wristband via the Disneyland app to access your photo gallery. The pictures can be downloaded from your MyDisney account as often as desired, up to 45 days after initial capture.

What’s better than a Disney treat on a summer day? A surprise Disney treat! Ahead of the Happiest Day in Anaheim, the fun kicked off for residents with surprise visits from Disneyland Resort making treat stops across the city.

Throughout the month, over 2,000 residents across Anaheim were greeted with sprinkles of Disney magic, with visits spanning across a variety of local community centers and events.

Whether it was surprising kids attending summer camp at Oak Canyon Nature Center, or welcoming families at the YMCA Sports Complex, Disney VoluntEARS brought plenty of smiles and unique treats to each surprise location — greeting residents of all ages with fun finds like bubble wands, Mickey Mouse plush, and Minnie Mouse ears.

Ready to party? To start off the Happiest Day in Anaheim on Aug. 27, over 125 senior citizens were surprised with the ultimate Disney celebration at the Ponderosa Family Resource Center. Kicking off the morning with yoga led by instructors from Tenaya Stone Spa at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, residents stretched their bodies and minds, unwinding ahead of all the fun to come.

After enjoying this wellness activity, residents were treated to even more of the excitement in store, including greeting characters like Goofy, playing a game of Disney Bingo, and enjoying treats. On top of all these activities, attendees also enjoyed making crafts with Disney VoluntEARS, snapping pictures in front of Disneyland Resort backdrops and dancing to Disney hits through the decades.

The magic didn’t stop there. The resort also provided four libraries and two other senior communities with all of the supplies they need to create their very own epic Disney celebration in honor of the occasion too.

On your mark…get set…go! With the day just beginning, Disney VoluntEARS were off to the races for a legendary Disney-inspired field day at Danbrook Elementary School, welcoming over 400 students to four themed adventure areas complete with games, music, and more.

Spanning seven grade levels, these scholars showed off their dance moves with a Toontown Dance-Stravaganza, put their sporty skills to the test with a Pixar Pier Relay Rally, engaged in a New Orleans Square Swashbuckling Soiree, and even struck a pose with Mickey Mouse himself.

To cap off a morning of adventure, each student also received a specialty Disney swag bag including surprises like Mickey Ears and a delicious Mickey crispy treat.

To further thank all 75 staff members at Danbrook Elementary, each of the school’s teachers and faculty were gifted a complimentary Disneyland Resort ticket for themselves and a guest to experience even more fun.

After a packed day full of happiness across the city, it was time for the main event: Main Street on Your Street. At Center Greens Park, Disney VoluntEARS brought beloved elements of Main Street, U.S.A., to over 3,000 Anaheim residents, directly providing the magic of Disneyland park to its neighboring communities.

The themed land quickly took shape, with iconic Disneyland park staples on full display for Anaheim residents, everything from vibrant performances by Mary Poppins and the Pearly Band to a view of the Disneyland Resort Fire Engine.

The experience was fully immersive and uniquely Disney, with carnival style games, a “make your own Main Street, U.S.A., window” paper craft, Mickey balloons, and photo backdrops of Sleeping Beauty Castle and the Disneyland Resort marquee. Attendees also snacked on complimentary beloved eats and treats straight from the resort — hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, and Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bars.

To add even more pixie dust to the evening, characters like Miguel from Disney and Pixar’s Coco and Mirabel from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Encanto, greeted the thousands of residents at the party, wishing them a warm welcome before more beloved characters took center stage. Joining together in harmony, Mickey Mouse and some of his pals showed up in style, dancing to classic Disney tunes while engaging with dedicated onlookers as they performed on the main stage.

It was an evening of epic proportions and animated spirits, the perfect end to a day that can only be described as the Happiest Day in Anaheim.

Grab your Halloween Mickey Mouse ears, pick out your favorite outfit, and bring an awfully big appetite: Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort and Plaza de la Familia at Disney California Adventure park are here with a wide array of fall sights, sounds, and flavors. After you’ve scooped up a Vietnamese Coffee with Ube Sweet Cream Foam, a Birria Potato, and a delightful Taro Bread Pudding, make sure to look for Lightning McQueen, Mater, Cruz Ramirez, and Red the Fire truck in their best creative car-stumes.

When they head to Hollywood Land this season, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy will dress up for a costume party to celebrate Halloween during “Mickey’s Trick and Treat” inside the Disney Theater.

Looking for a great picture opportunity in front of an iconic Disneyland location? Yesterday’s tomorrow, today! On stage during the Horizons: A Carousel of Progress Disney Experiences showcase Chairman Thomas Mazloum announced some very exciting news for Disneyland Resort. Revealed during the closing moments of the D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event presented by Visa showcase, a reimagining of Tomorrowland in Disneyland park is in the works!

The transformation of Tomorrowland will honor the legacy of the original land while reimagining its future. Disneyland Resort will strive to preserve what guests cherish most, while also introducing new experiences and possibilities for the next generation of fans.

Walt Disney Imagineers are already beginning to dream up the next chapter of innovation and storytelling for Tomorrowland with new attractions, more open spaces, and new places for Disneyland guests to dream about the future. The plans for Tomorrowland will restore the spirit of optimism, innovation, and possibility that inspired Walt Disney to create “a vista into a world of wondrous ideas…” in 1955 and have defined this land for decades.

Work is underway on an all-new Coco attraction coming to Disneyland Resort! Following a live performance of La Llorona by Grammy-winning artists Los Lobos, Disney superfan and host of the Disney Experiences showcase Neil Patrick Harris was joined by Walt Disney Imagineers with big announcements to share.

Ali Rubinstein (Senior Vice President, Global Cretive & Development Studios) and Emily O’Brien (Portflio Executive Creative Producer, Disneyland Resort and Tokyo Disney Resort) took to the stage at Horizons: A Carousel of Progress at D23: The Ultimate Fan Event presented by Visa, revealing new details about the first Coco ride ever at a Disney park, which was first announced at D23 2024.

Stepping into the colorful, wonderful world of Disney and Pixar’s Coco, fans will be able to spot favorite friends like Miguel, Dante, Héctor, and more as we remember Miguel’s unforgettable trip to the Land of the Dead.

As we heard last night, Disney and Pixar’s Coco 2 is well underway, and Imagineers are working closely with Pixar to ensure this family-friendly attraction nods to both the original and upcoming film. 

This attraction will celebrate all the things we love about Coco, highlighting the characters, music, Mexican culture, and the love of a family that’s passed down through the generations. 

The attraction storyline will pick up a year after the events of the original film. The queue, which will begin in Pixar Pier next to Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind, welcomes you to a “casa museo” dedicated to the music of Miguel’s great-great grandfather, Héctor Rivera.

From there, you’ll join Miguel and travel by boat through his memories of the Land of the Dead. It will truly be a beautiful, moving experience full of fun and surprises, leaning heavily into the music and emotion of the cherished Pixar film while inviting you to live Miguel’s journey alongside your own friends and family.

And it’ll be a ride the whole family can enjoy, as there will be no height requirement.

Construction on the attraction is currently in progress in the area near Paradise Gardens Park and Pixar Pier. Walt Disney Imagineering is also continuing to draw inspiration from classic attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion for the development of this attraction, bringing the skeletal cast of characters to life through the latest Audio-Animatronics technology.

Filled with action, adventure, and an all-star lineup of iconic Super Heroes and villains, Disney Parks are home to legendary stories of endless courage and heroism. And while we all have our fair share of favorite well-known characters, that heroism can often be found in some truly unexpected places.

In an unlikely, surprise cameo straight out of a post-credits scene, Disney superfan John Stamos took over temporary hosting duties from Neil Patrick Harris, stepping onto the Horizons stage at D23: The Ultimate Fan Event presented by Visa to chat about new updates for Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure park.

Stamos was joined by Walt Disney Imagineer Brent Strong and President of Marvel Studios and Chief Creative Officer of Marvel, Kevin Feige, discussing updates on the growing lineup of Avengers-themed experiences across Disney parks.

Protectors of Wakanda, wielders of Mjolnir, and those with the gamma-fueled strength of The Incredible Hulk, read on. As discussed at D23, learn more about new details for Avengers Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab at California Adventure, as well as new updates for Super Hero projects in development at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and Shanghai Disney Resort.

Right now, Avengers Campus at the Disneyland Resort is in the midst of a major expansion that will double the size of the land, with construction in progress for two new attractions announced at D23 2024: Avengers Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab. Tonight, we shared that the land will soon reconnect with Cars Land.

We also announced that both of the new attractions will open in 2028!

New details on the storyline, ride experience, and featured heroes were announced for Avengers Infinity Defense.

When the new attraction officially debuts at California Adventure, you’ll be welcomed to Avengers Infinity Defense as new recruits, where your journey begins with a pre-mission briefing from Ms. Marvel, played by Iman Vellani.

Here, you’ll get your key mission: reassemble the Avengers to battle King Thanos, preventing the mad titan from wreaking havoc everywhere.

Some of your favorite on-screen heroes are reprising their roles for this attraction, including:

Once on board, you will be surrounded by massive physical sets blending seamlessly with huge media scenes, putting you into the middle of the action as you feel like you’re hurtling across many worlds. “The fun part about Avengers Infinity Defense is how we get to use every single trick in the Imagineering book – and inventing some new ones – to create this attraction.” You’ll travel to iconic locations like Asgard, Wakanda, and New York City, next to heroes you’ve come to know and love, while (spoiler alert!) coming face to face with King Thanos himself.

As previously shared at SXSW 2025: On this new attraction inside Avengers Campus, you’ll sit in two-person “gyro-kinetic pods” and roll along a track before stopping in front of a giant robot arm, essentially feeling what it’s like to train like a flying Avenger. Making several high-speed maneuvers inspired by Iron Man and more, you’ll be deployed to a test station, whirling around in a simulated flight that will have you eager to take a spin again and again.

This new Avengers pavilion under construction will soon be the home to Avengers Research Testing Labs at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, and you’ll be able to step into a tower experience unlike any story you’ve seen before.

Here, Stark Industries and other brilliants minds like Peter Parker (a.k.a Spider-Man) work at Avengers Research Testing Labs. However, whenever you have powerful new tech, you’re bound to draw the interest of some evil forces, which is exactly where this adventure really starts to take off.

Using 120+ feet of storytelling tech, you’ll travel across realms like Wakanda, Asgard, and more, caught in the middle of the action alongside Spider-Man and your other favorite Super Heroes.

Nearby, a brand-new Quinjet landing platform will also be a great place to encounter heroes throughout your visit. Construction is well underway and once it goes vertical, it will truly make a statement on the towering skyline of Tomorrowland and beyond in Hong Kong.

Over at Shanghai Disney Resort, a new Spider-Man-themed land and thrill attraction is coming soon.

This will be the first land anywhere in the world dedicated exclusively to Spider-Man, home to the new Shanghai division of the Worldwide Engineering Brigade (W.E.B. for short, of course).

Inside the new land, Peter Parker and his friends have created a new set of Spider-Bots to help assemble their experiments and help them build their brand-new coaster.

In the spirit of W.E.B., Disney Imagineers are is collaborating with local artists to create more than 20 murals throughout the new land, celebrating all things science, Spidey, and the Avengers. If you’re in attendance at D23 this year, you may be able to even see a sneak preview of their work on display at the Imagineering Pavillion at the Anaheim Convention Center!

The final piece of the track for the attraction has now been installed – what could possibly go wrong with all these Spider-Bots around?

Sitting along the curb before a parade, admiring the beauty of Sleeping Beauty Castle, and the building excitement of a show about to begin. Disneyland Resort entertainment has long had a way of turning incredible performances into lifelong memories, setting the stage from day to night.

On the Horizons stage at D23: The Ultimate Fan Event presented by Visa, host Neil Patrick Harris talked about this very feeling and his longtime love for Disneyland entertainment, including the nighttime spectaculars and parades that have dared to dream for years and years.

Neil also talked about his deep love for these moments in the park, adding, “I have so many great memories under the stars with my kids. I wish I could go back in time to relive them all over again.”

Well, Neil, ask and you shall receive. Some cherished and beloved entertainment is coming back to Disneyland Resort in 2027! Get ready for the return of two fan-favorite nighttime spectaculars and a beloved daytime parade.

Longtime Disneyland fans and fireworks enthusiasts alike: you’re in for quite a treat!

A refreshed version of the “Remember… Dreams Come True” nighttime spectacular will soon make a triumphant return to Disneyland park in February 2027. In addition to the projections on Sleeping Beauty Castle, the show will feature new projections at Rivers of America, the facade of “it’s a small world,” and all the way down Main Street, U.S.A.

Music and projections will delight guests with nightly scheduled performances, and on select evenings, the experience will be enhanced with fireworks above the skies of Disneyland park.

You may remember this nighttime spectacular debuted during the 50th anniversary of the Disneyland Resort (also known as The Happiest Homecoming on Earth). Featuring a vocal introduction by the iconic Broadway and film legend Julie Andrews, “Remember… Dreams Come True” illustrates the power of wishes and dreams in favorite Disney stories. Walt Disney’s dream of Disneyland is represented by songs and familiar phrases from some of the park’s most popular attractions.

On stage, Neil also revealed that fans will soon discover an updated take on the original “World of Color” nighttime spectacular at Disney California Adventure park, starting in February 2027.

This version of the show takes you on an imaginative journey into the colorful worlds of Walt Disney Animation Studios like The Little Mermaid and The Lion King, as well as Pixar Animation Studios stories Finding Nemo and Toy Story. Helping to tie it all together is a musical score that includes a special arrangement of the 1960s television theme for Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color, originally composed by Richard B. and Robert M. Sherman.

Just in time for summer 2027, the “Magic Happens” parade will return to Disneyland park to once again fill the streets with inspirational moments of magic from favorite Disney stories.

Brought to life on a grand scale with stunning floats, artistic costumes, and imaginative music you’ll spot dynamic performers and characters in this high-energy daytime parade.

Led by Mickey Mouse and his pals, the “Magic Happens” parade features distinct stories with a mix of characters, making it feel contemporary and classic, fun and regal, and surprising and familiar – all at the same time.

Here, pumpkins become carriages and swords are plucked from a stone, highlighting stories from Disney Animation stories such as Cinderella and The Sword in the Stone, plus Coco from Pixar Animation Studios.

Organizing your pumpkin-filled plans to attend this year’s Oogie Boogie Bash? While I usually love seeing iconic characters like Baymax and Iron Man during the daytime, I have to admit that there is something extra special when Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party starts to creep up on the calendar and some of the most wicked Disney characters come out to play.

As part of the separately ticketed, after-hours event on select nights from August 18 through October 31, 2026, a spine-chilling squad of iconic Disney characters (and some rarely-seen favorites) will cause plenty of mischievous fun for guests of all ages across Disney California Adventure park, whether you’re dressed as a poised princess, a galactic defender, or a fearless Super Hero.

Chocolate candy, signature sweets, and plenty of sinister surprises are surely some of the things to look forward to at Oogie Boogie Bash, but everyone knows that the villainous treat trail characters are the true stars of the show!

Yet another special surprise is in store this year: Yzma from Disney Animation’s The Emperor’s New Groove will be stirring up some mischievous mayhem in Grizzly Peak, delighting guests with her clever potion-making capabilities and “pulling every lever” she can find in pursuit of her latest scheme.
